This style is usually made to order, we have some selected lines we stock onsite,

such as bakery boxes, pizza boxes, brownie boxes & wine boxes

- please contact us about dividers for wine bottles, jars etc.

Majority of these boxes are made to order as a custom tool will need to be designed to fit the dimensions of your custom box.

This style has top and bottom flaps that form a box once both flaps are taped closed.

Our stock boxes and majority of our custom-made boxes are made in this style but in different board grades.

RSC boxes are also used in the food industry to pack and dispatch stock.

Our removal range is 7mm thick while our standard stock boxes are 3mm – 4mm thick.

Board grades vary depending on what you are packing.

This style only has bottom flaps that can be taped closed.

The other side of the box will remain open similar to a container.

Used for quick transport, storage bins & picking boxes.

This style is similar to an RSC but the top and bottom flaps completely overlap each other.

This creates a stronger top and lid to reduce crushing when stacked on top of each other or

In transit. Ideal for large and heavy objects such as washing machines, refrigerators etc.

These boxes are available in 6 different sizes. Extra Small to XL Deep

They are suitable for sending large flat items such as books, DVDs, CDs, Posters etc.

Place Product inside, tape up and it’s protected and ready to ship as usual.  

This style is ideal for packing long or flat items like fishing rods, golf clubs etc.

The Product is placed on one of the large panels and the 5PF is folded around it and sealed by tape, glue or staples

Easy to assemble and flat design allows the product to be shipped easily.

These boxes are custom made and will need a tool designed to fit your required dimensions.

Minimum orders are required for custom sizes.
